Hundreds of kids and their parents attended the Back To School Bash at Barclay’s Center on Saturday September 7. It was a fun way to say goodbye to summer and get ready for school on Monday for New York City Public School students. The event featured food trucks, face painting, arts, celebrity guests and live performances. Modells’s sporting goods gave away 500 t-shirts to registered guests. DJ Envy from Power 105.1 was the host and their was a kids fashion shows. Cast members from VH1’s Black Ink Crew took photos and signed autographs. Vendors from various community organizations had booths set up to inform families of their services.
