Saturday was extra special because the Just 4 u Expo finally arrived in the Tri state area. Guest were treated to a runway workshop with Bianca Golden from America’s Next Top Model cycle 9 alum. Mj had a blast at the Kidz Fun Zone playing in the large fun house by Kidz on the Go and trying to hula hoop (unsuccessfully). It was exciting to watch the young models work the runway for the Express Yourself Fashion Showcase.

Hosted by the energetic Malik who described the youngsters as stars in the making. We had the chance to go backstage and meet some of the families. The boys dressing area was much more calmer than the girls section so I ended up chatting with Jaylen Kaid from St. Louis and Tyler from Connecticut.

Kid Zone performers included Special Ensemble, Cayla K, Zariah, Ozone, Leah Gaine & Stajette’s Dancers did a great Whitney Houston Tribute.

By the end of the evening musical performances by Devyn Tyson,Chase,Miesa and Made 2 last and legendary hip-hop group Naughty by Nature.
