Real Style File interviews are back! Here is our 5th edition with Dai Time. Dai is a teen influencer, media correspondent, author and the creator of Dai Time Magazine. Dai has interviewed numerous celebrities, entrepreneurs and politicians such as Shaquille O’Neal, Gabrielle Union, Tiffany Haddish, Storm Reid, Keisha Lance Bottoms, Marley Davis and more!
She has done Red Carpet interviews for BET Honors, The Mayor’s Masked Ball, and numerous movie premieres. Dai also dances, skates, is a top student and gives back to her community! She donates during the holidays to The Ronald McDonald House, Free Wishes Foundation, Hosea Williams Feeds The Homeless, and had her own program Reading is Lit. Dai goes on a reading tour visiting schools across the country, motivating kids to read and sharing her own published book My Tutu.

Where do you like to shop, What is you favorite clothing & accessory brands?
Clothing selection varies depending on what’s different at that moment definitely bright bold colors normally found at DOLLS KILL FOREVER 21 and random shopping at the mall.
How would you describe your fashion sense?
My fashion sense could be trendy yet bold at various times. A dope jacket is always a good accent pieces. Winter is my favorite season but summer shorts is a definitely a must have.
What are your special talents?
Talking is something I truly enjoy which lead me to do interviews and hosting. Dancing acting singing and skating also joins my list of talents.
Who inspires you and why?
So many people inspire me but first my mom because she is a hard worker and a go getter and then I’ll add anyone that’s working hard towards their individual goal that alone inspires me especially when you see them like STORM REID and ZENDAYA.
Do you have any upcoming projects, events or a business venture?
Wow due to COVID 19 a lot is placed on hold however starting on Tuesday I’m going live with youth favorites in entertainment from my personal ig page.
During this pandemic, how has this changed your life? What advice can you give others to stay positive?
The pandemic has totally impacted my life by continuing to stay humble and not taking nothing for granted. I was able to meditate more and focus more on my studies without worrying about leaving the house.
